As part of our service to prospective tenants, Develco will commission Space Planning studies to determine the best way to meet a tenant’s accommodation needs and space requirements.

From a detailed brief including accommodation and operational requirements, along with specialized requirements for equipment or work areas; a Space Plan is formulated reflecting layout options and indicating the space required to meet the brief.

The studies often allow tenants to reconsider their space requirements, by showing how they can efficiently locate in an area instead of negotiating to take space on a perceived area requirement.

Advice as to finishes, partitioning and furniture selection is also available.
