History
Develco is a highly regarded, successful Property Development and Investment Company established in 1975. The Company’s staff has over 30 years experience in the industry and remains privately owned by the Principal- Mr. Josef Reisinger.
The Company has developed all types of Property from Industrial Facilities to Shopping Centres, Commercial Office Developments and Residential Apartments.

At Develco we appreciate our tenants are the life-blood of our business, hence we believe in providing the best service possible allowing them to concentrate on what’s important, running their business.
One of Develco’s eminent projects is the CBA Treasury Centre providing 8,500 m2 of prestige high-tech Office accommodation. At the time of sale the Projects Investment Value was $61.5 million.
Develco focuses on acquiring premium development sites and investment properties with the goal to satisfy existing and future needs in the market place. It is our objective now and in the future to excel in providing quality buildings to our tenants.
